Negatives: Overnight parking fees WAY too high. A Chicago-wide issue. Expect to pay $70+ per night to park your car. Sad.

Negatives: No microwave and had to ask for fridge

Negatives: Parking was pretty steep.

Negatives: Bathroom was super smelly like the sewer

Negatives: Small rooms and no fridge. Additional fees and expensive parking.

Negatives: There was no fridge in the room for keeping medicines. The drawers and furniture were faking apart. Room key card and mobile key expired ever other day. Desk staff was not very accommodating. Expensive to the value of stay.

Negatives: It would've been nice to have a refrigerator in the room, surely this would be standard? The plug in the bath did not close, so every shower turned into a bath. One housekeeper barged into my room around 7.50am on the day of checkout, waking me up. I think this is far too early to be doing housekeeping, and I don't know why she even came in given that I was checking out that day. Overall there was a lot of confusion about my destination fee. I had two consecutive bookings of 3 nights each (so stayed for 6 nights in total) - the first was a standard booking; the second booking was for a group event and I did not realise that the destination fee was not charged for this booking, but it was charged on my first booking. On the Wednesday night (i.e. during my second booking, when I was not being charged a destination fee), I was chatting to a staff member on the app regarding ordering room service. They mentioned that as I was paying a destination fee, I was entitled to $25 food and beverage credit, as well as free popcorn, and that I could collect the popcorn from the front reception - when I got there ten minutes later, the staff member told me that they had discontinued the free popcorn some time ago, and that at any rate my booking did not include a destination fee and so I would not have been eligible for it anyway. This was frustrating as I had already ordered dinner that evening, thinking it was included in my booking. Had I known it would not have been included, I would have sourced a cheaper dinner elsewhere (not hard as the room service options are expensive!).

Negatives: The internet is terrible. I had to log in several times and it got disconnected. The thing that I really didn’t like was the shower head because it had TOO MUCH pressure, and it was very uncomfortable washing my chest. They charged 25 usd per day which I really didn’t get why! For free pop corn, internet and gifts at the souvenir store?!? I would get rid of that charge. There are other hotels where they have coffee stations free of charge, which is great! And also the internet is included not charged extra like on this hotel.
