My room has no refrigerator and the shower sink was moving out of walls plus next door inside room was very lowed and they were your hotel’s employees who stay there at night and dad door between us and them . This is my third in that hotel and I never paid that much money all my life .

Location is amazing, and the rooms were very comfortable too. It’s my second time at this hotel and I’ll certainly come back.
Negatives:
It’s unbelievable that in 2024 only one guest per room can access the wifi, especially in a hotel like this one. The parking overnight rate should be cheaper for hotel guests too. The staff at the gift shop was always leaving the place and locking the store.

I wrote a message telling the hotel that it was an overnight to celebrate our wedding anniversary but I didn’t receive any complement from the hotel for this.
Also, I don’t understand all the fees that you Guys input to us. Resort fee and plus another 20 bucks for us to use in any restaurant? Sorry but if I wanna use the restaurant I’ll pay for it, I don’t need a credit that forces me trough it.
