So I booked the room for a lake view I thought at still location I would automatically have a lake view instead I got city view I live here I know how the city look. Then upon my arrival, the parking lot was for I had to park somewhere else I pay with SpotHero $40 then the next day when I was leaving, I had to pay the same lot $45 to get out. Then it was a crime scene in front of the Sheraton grand hotel which lasted for hours and I have PTSD. I couldn’t sleep till 6:30am scared and worried. They took a $150 deposit and I still haven’t received my money back and they started breaking late. I wasn’t happy at all.
