This is my hotel of choice in Chicago. Good location, nice room, comfortable bed,, pleasant staff, good breakfast
Negatives:
Minor stuff: It would have been nice to have more than one elliptical in the gym, and the new policy of serving partially-consumed miniature packagings of jam at breakfast is a bit weird imho (I appreciate the savings but is it not akin to a sequence of diners, strangers to one another, all sharing the same cutlery?)

Not many dining options. It's a good 4 star, not 5 stars. Bed is too soft. I don't like these Nespresso coffee makers in hotels, but that just my opinion. Bathtub is too small if you are over 5' tall.

The location was amazing , the room size was perfect. The staff are friendly and welcoming.
Negatives:
There was some confusion on the checkout date . And our room was not cleaned for 3 days . The housekeeper showed to the room upon request . We had to empty the trash ourselves.
