We’ve stayed here a hundred times, over the years. Usually, outstanding service, facilities and location.
Negatives:
The bar, on a Friday, didn’t open until 4:00. After attending a concert, 10+ of us, came for drinks afterwards. The bartender was rude, ignored many of the people and infuriated many of the people we were with. These people are not frequent guests and we had promised a great experience. It was not like that! Others, staying at other hotels, said they would never stay at the Sofitel.

The property was in an excellent location. The rooms extremely well appoinyed.The front of the house , food and beverage, and back of the house ( house keeping) was extremely helpful. The Front Desk and Concierge was exceptionally helpful.
