The location is great. We got a nice John Hancock Center view. The black out curtains are great, also the roll up shade was very nice. Room service can bring many water bottles if you need or you can ask at the front desk. A big supermarket was on the other side of the block.
Negatives:
The ice machine was not working. Looked like never used. Shower was only with a big rainfall head, no hand shower head. We alternated the expensive valley parking with nearby public parking. The bed or mattress cover was strangely lumpy.

We needed a handicap accessible room for my wife, and this room went beyond what we needed. The bathroom and shower layout and safety features were as good as you might find in a hospital room, but elegantly and comfortably appointed.
