1. No hot water to shower
2. The bed is a queen bed, different from what the hotel listed on the website which says it's a king-size bed, hotel could fix this issue
3. To give me and my family a new room with hot water, hotel staff broke into other customers' rooms without telling them and removed their luggage, an unprofessional way to handle the situation
4. The hotel did refund me but someone working in this hotel got my phone number and texted me to harass me

The staff are excellent - polite, friendly and efficient. The location is amazing; just a quick walk and you’re at the lake, lots of restaurants and attractions nearby. The breakfast is plentiful and substantial.
Negatives:
The carpet in our room was pretty dirty, with gum that was ground into the carpet but still sticky in several places. The hallway on our floor was also dingy and often smelled bad.
