After Tuesday, Dec 3rd, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Dec 3, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: The breakfast was nice, the room was clean and big, and the kitchen was fully functional and solid equipped with kitchenware. The location is very good, with a lot of things to do and see in walking distance. But also, very well connected with public transport.

Negatives: Wi-Fi wasn't the best in my room. Too soft a mattress for me, but that is not necessarily a bad thing.

Positives: Very nice breakfast, right choice of everything I would look for, from teas/coffees, juices, eggs, etc! Very spacious rooms with any amenities I would look for when on a business trip! Perfect location with lots of restaurants in close proximity, train and bus stations within 10 minutes walk!

Negatives: May be need to put drinking water in the rooms. 2 bottles of water per night wouldn't hurt. Extend breakfast time to 10am.
