The location was very good and at walking distance to all sightseeing places.
Negatives:
The room was not appropriate for 4 people. The sofa-bed was very old, not flat at all, and had several bumps. Moreover, we had 3 towels for 4 people and even though we asked for it twice (one in person and the other one by phone), nobody came to give us the towel.

The location of the hotel is excellent, and some of the staff was very nice

The sofa bed in our room was not comfortable, at all. The mattress was all worn out and you could feel all of the sofa support. I wasn't not a good stay.
Additionally, the room was never cleaned, even though we asked for it in several occassions.
The breakfast didn't vary much.
