Negatives: Advertises having bikes available but there was only 2! Not impressed as that was one of the reasons for booking the hotel.. The other was their so called fitness centre......which a very small drab affair with a cross trainer, two walking machines and some dumbells. All a bit sad. Staff are very efficient but totally without character and have no interest in you as an individual which I found weird in a city centre hotel with clients from all over the world. Only ate once in the hotel, breakfast on the last morning.....coffee was OK but the breakfast burrito was a strange and rather flavourless experience. A large unwieldy burrito that became soggy very quickly..Far too many staff working for a few residents having breakfast and still they had no time for you ......

Negatives: The hotel has branding that exceeds the reality of it. Room felt a bit old and unkempt. Fitness room is also very limited. Service was at times hit-and-miss. A bit expensive for what's offered. A smoke or fire alarm in my room constantly made a buzzing noise (not because it was activated, but because it was installed in a way that made it buzz with the vibration of the AC), which made it difficult to sleep at times.

Negatives: Room price was expensive, I would have liked a discount? Also charging an extra $19.99 a day for amenities, coffee and water, was unacceptable and did not bargain for that. $75.00 per night for parking, a bit high as well.

Negatives: No thing, if really picky, then check-in area felt slightly cramped.

Negatives: The room was a bit small for a couple, but we made it work.

Negatives: I can't think of anything.

Negatives: No daily housekeeping which was advertised as included on Booking.com. Housekeeping is only every other day so they need to update the description. No sheer curtains in our room, little privacy, gaps in blinds so sun comes in.

Negatives: Wish there’s more bicycle to provide.

Negatives: Some of the furnishings have seen better days, which is a bit out of line with the hotel rate. Also, the double beds are smaller than a full bed. It was manageable for two nights because my husband and I are small, but if you're taller you may not be comfortable sharing the double bed.
