They didn't honor the reservation I made through booking.com for a lake view room- said they were "sold out" and only offered a one time $30 room credit and a city view. I checked in at 3pm ( the stated check in time). Tried to say giving me a higher floor was an equal offering to not having the room I booked. Parking was $84 a night for hotel guests! Parked at the Raddison next door for $177 total for 4 days.
