I was staying in the hotel Allegro last weekend and I pre-paid the stay upfront via Booking (credit card). When checking out of the hotel I was charged again for the entire stay directly by the hotel. I submitted a claim last week as guided via theallegroaccounting.com and tried calling the accounting dept, hotel reception, reservations... all with no luck, getting hanged up on me or automated messages and voicemails, getting zero response from anyone.

I have booked a hotel room for my son’s birthday at Allegro Royal Sonesta, and there was nothing mentioned about the age policy on the website. My son is 19 years old. However, the hotel has a 21+ age restriction, and it wasn’t mentioned on booking. My son went there, didn’t check in, and they didn’t even help at the counter, just told him to leave. Please refund for inconvenience and mention in your website (BOOKING) about the age policy so that no one else could face this like my son.
The child was thrown out of the hotel at 12 o'clock at night, and they didn't even try to help him find another hotel.
They were very rude to my son and ruined his holiday.
