Room smelt musty. Handle on bathroom door was broken. Carpets were worn in room and in hallways. All carpets did not smell clean. Room was noisy from other residents in hall and in other rooms. Sound proofing required. Room very dark. Staff were pleasant and cleaners friendly. Location was good. View was into roofs/buildings. Hotel very expensive. Definitely not worth what I paid.
