A very poor customer experience. Staff unprofessional and rude when I had questions Guests were outside the building texting and trying to get in and lack of response. May be a good location, but too much aggravation and hassle.

It was a cold weekend in Chicago. But to wake up to a room that was 54 degrees wasn't fun. When i mentioned it to the staff they said "yeah no rooms keep up when it is this cold" I ended up booking another hotel. There is no one at the front desk.

Everything. The oddest checkin, being left out in the cold until you text a picture of your ID to someone sitting 20ft away in a warm lobby. Housekeeping left towels but didn't touch trash-cans or bedding. Staff dont care here.

Nothing, terrible experience in every way and would never recommend my worst enemy to stay at such a place it is a scam and clearly they need to be out out of business for defrauding people and traumatizing innocent unsuspecting customers after they pay

traumatic experience No staff on site. Canceled our reservation after we paid in full. We stood in the freezing for 1 hour to get into the room we paid for bc they dont answer to the only number listed for customer service. Charged $---shouldve been $---

The facility was very nice. The lobby and room themes were filled with subtle baseball decor, which made it a very fun novelty stay.
Negatives:
The lack of actual front desk workers created some communication issues for the stay. Having to contact a guest services phone number created unecessary middle-man and made it take longer to check in.
