Great location, rooms were clean, was given sodas & waters which is so helpful on trips. Overall would recommend this property.

There was 0 staff around at all. It was hard to get help if you needed it. Bag storage is in a cleaning closet in the basement of the shared (unfinished?) restaurant & hotel. Waited additional 20 minutes to have bags stored when we scheduled a drop off time. Had to ask for the wifi

In the heart of Wrigleyville. Steps to the field. TONS of eating and night life options. Clean rooms and the staff were top notch!

Nothing. Zilch. We liked everything. If night life is an issue I would request a room on the backside. We closed our curtains and it was like turning off the sun. The shower was a dream. Beds were fantastic. We loved it all!

Nice big room, comfortable bed, nice coffee bar in lobby.
Negatives:
Did not like contactless check in and no one at the “front desk.” Did not like that they wanted a copy of my driver’s license. They do not need that information, nor did I agree to it. Poor communication between the “front desk” and staff. I texted two times for a late checkout and got no reply. Someone (automated) finally texted about a late checkout, which I wanted. The cleaning staff knocked on our door 5 times despite have a do not disturb sign and the late checkout.
The hotel is on a very busy and loud strip. The restaurant across the street played music so loud in the morning we could feel it in our room. Lots of police and people hanging out in the streets at night. Felt a bit unsafe.
