Room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was enjoyable. Location of the hotel is in the heart of downtown so VERY convenient. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We'll be coming back soon!

My friend wanted to go for a swim but was unable to access the Lockeroom for some reason. Not sure why. At first, we were put off by the showers but discovered it had a privacy light.

As a frequent traveler, I can confidently say that this was one of the best hotels I have ever visited, offering a level of luxury and service that truly stands out. I highly recommend it, especially for Middle Eastern guests.
Not only does the hotel boast the best view of the city, but the attention to detail and care provided by your staff members truly made my stay memorable.
I would like to give a special shout-out to Chef Concierge Philippe Gills and Alex Yu for their spectacular service, which added an extra touch of warmth and professionalism to my visit. Additionally, I would like to commend Armando and Marilyn at the reception desk for their efficient and friendly assistance.
