From the moment we walked into this beautiful hotel, the staff was warm, friendly and accommodating. Our rooms were huge like an apartment with a stunning view of the Chicago river and skyline. Clean, contemporary design with full kitchen, living room, bedroom with comfortable king size bed, large bathroom, and a view from 30' of continuous windows provided a postcard vista of the city. The hotel has comfy lounge, lobby and restaurant. All well staffed by friendly professionals from house keeping, valet, concierge, desk staff, all very well staffed.

Friendly helpful front desk and luggage storage staff! Wonderful river view from room exactly as booked. Comfortable bed and complimentary water.
Negatives:
There is not an exhaust fan in the bathroom. Elevators are slow to arrive.

Our room was about $600 a night the temperature of our room when we check in was 74 we left and came back and it still was 74.
Workers didn’t want to help us out at all.
