Cancellation Policy

Good news! Before Wednesday, Oct 2nd, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. Between Wednesday, Oct 2nd, 2024 at midnight and Thursday, Oct 3rd, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Thursday, Oct 3rd, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Oct 3, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy
