Positives: Only nice thing about this hotel is location.
Negatives: We checked in room 1112, it has very nice corner view BUT has no heater. We had to cover in blankets to keep warm for couple hours. They decided to move us to another room after the engineer couldn't fix the heater. Room has no microwave, coffee machine doesn't work, tiny fridge makes noises like a washing machine all night. Worst part: They told us to text them 15 mins before getting the vehicle from valet parking. I texted them before check out, waited for 30 mins and no sight of our vehicle. I walked out to ask to staff and he told me the "text machine" not working (?!?), so I gave him my receipt instead. I went back inside and waited for another 20 minutes and still no vehicle, I walked out again and saw my receipt and car key still on the table, I had to ask them again and this time they got my vehicle. Total wait time 1 hour and we were late for our appointment with relatives in Indianapolis.

Positives: the hotel cleaning staff was friendly and quick to service the room. the doormen were also friendly and we liked the greetings and thier spirit.
Negatives: the front desk were not helpful at the checkin part, they told us we were in the queue but it felt they forgot about us. the experience was ruined because of the unhelpful of the front desk people to the part that I was about to check out and check in at Trump hotel. i didnt like that in the room it was hard for us to reach the house keeper to ask for extra towels or tissues! the phone will take us to the standard hotel line, and even after leaving a message no one responded. this also added to the dislikness of the service (except hotel cleaning staff and doormen)

Negatives: Staff is super rude. I call them that I will check in late. They charge me as no show and also charge me for another night for showing up after 12am. I keep calling accounts dependent but no one answers. When I try to talk to manager once and now manager will also not answer. Worst experience ever staying at any hotel. I think Motel 6 will give better service than this hotel.
