They put me in a sofa bad room as they overbooked and never returned my 1st diary as committed, as obviously I did not pay for this absurd type of room.

We used our $30 credit for breakfast one day. It was excellent! Everything was well-prepared and presented.
Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our thanks to the reception staff and compliments to Gabby and Antonio.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, great location, close to several consulates and many restaurants and cafes. The check-in area was really great, very welcoming space during waiting time for valet parking or taxi.
Negatives:
No Business Center to print, but the front desk staff was helpful and offered to print what we needed. However it felt a little cumbersome since it interrupted other guests check-in / check-out. The pool was greatly overcrowded, I guess just bad luck...
