The location in the River North area was great! Go to the Goddess & the Baker down the street for breakfast…so amazing! You are across the street from Grand L train. So convenient! All of the staff were welcoming. We felt it was a great value. We enjoyed our stay!

Positives:
I was working during my stay. The wifi was reliable and the room was comfortable. Huge windows were nice and the air conditioner was strong. The price was fair for the area. The pool and terrace are small but nice and the gym was good as well.
Negatives:
Common areas could be cleaner. Cob webs in the lobby and waiting area. The resort fee is pointless. They give you a credit to the restaurant, but everything is so overpriced that it doesn't really help. Coffee in the morning is nice but the cups are tiny and they don't provide real creamer. Stay here for the location, not the amenities.

The location is fabulous - incredibly close to the L and very walkable to a variety of great restaurants, bars, and attractions. The staff were also incredibly welcoming, and the pool was a nice treat.

A relaxing stay with comfortable...
Positives:
Spiro, the doorman/concierge was exceptional!! All recommendations for local food and entertainment were spot on.
Negatives:
No coffee maker in the room, no mini-fridge in the room.

Positives:
This hotel was in a great location. We had a room on the 17th floor directly opposite the swimming pool which was so convenient. Loved the rooftop terrace. Staff were very friendly.
Negatives:
Didn’t have a great view from room but a lot of Chicago is like that. Could be a little noisy with sirens due to being near fire station but wouldn’t let that put me off booking this hotel again.
