Positives: Location was great, old building but well maintained

Negatives: For the given amenities I see that it is overpriced, by checking Chat GPT it gave me an impression of a “Luxurious experience” but I see it was a very regular one. Some of the staff were very friendly others were polite and doing their job right yet they didn’t show the friendly attitude expected from that hotel, and from the people of Chicago in general. I had to request Coffee Machine and Fridge, they brought them immediately, but I think they should be part of the room anyway
