One lift was regularly broken and even when fixed it often took 30 minutes for us to get a lift 1 hour before checkout time. Some people had to carry cases up 15 flights of stairs due to lift issues.
Very expensive for what you get - at $300 per night for a double room you’d expect that it would be cleaned but for the whole time we were there (4 nights) the room was never cleaned and no fresh towels etc. provided. On our checkout day we heard a receptionist tell a customer that you needed to tell them a day before if you wanted your room cleaned, this was not something we were told when checking in. The rooms were very small and cramped. We requested a quiet room and were put in a room next door to the lift so the noisiest of all! Due to a big gap under all the bedroom doors you can hear TVs from other rooms and people in the corridor.
This is not a 4 star hotel, it’s definitely only a 2 star with basic facilities but at an expensive price. Stay elsewhere!
