Positives:
The hotel located in a very nice spot in the Magnificence mile make it easy access to every part in the downtown north.
Negatives:
The Lobby is not follow standard of Westin. It is uncomfortable and every time security come to you asking are resident of the hotel or not and request to show evidences. at the checkout I got shocked as every delivered package to the hotel cost 8$

Good location. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, except one.
Negatives:
Theres a very rude housekeeping staff who deserve to be fired. She didnt allow us get into the room and treated us like thieves trying to steal something, even though we extended our stay with the front desk and showed her the reactivated keycard.
