The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was firm, not too soft. Excellent location. The staff was very pleasant and tried to be helpful.
Also, the HVAC system was very quiet. That was great and unusual for most hotels.
Negatives:
The floor of the tub should have had a more slip resistant coating or a bath mat should have been provided. The tub was not dangerously slippery, but it could have been more stable.
The destination fee was a bit high. I enjoyed the breakfast and the feeas credited toward that. If my plans had been not to dine at the hotel, the fee would have been a waste.
Finally, I had asked for a bottle of distilled water in my room when I made a reservation. It was not there when I arrived, and the staff, although the woman at the front desk tried hard to get one, could not get one.
