Positives: Your front desk staff is EXCELLENT!!!! I travel often and have never been treated as well as I was at your facility. My 81 year old mother joined us for one night. She was visiting downtown Chicago for the first time. It was our birthday gift to her, and your front desk gal made her feel so very special. I wish I could remember her name. It was the week of August 14th.

Positives: The staff. That's the only good thing I have to say about this horrible hotel. I didn't even rate "Staff" and "Location" above since the horrible state of this "hotel" far outweighs any good score I could have given those two categories.
Negatives: paint peeling off the bathroom ceiling-water damage. mattress flat&hard.dug up filthy desk chair from a junk yard.refrigerator didn't work.safe didn't work.5 minute wait for hot water.no ice machines.vanity mirror falling off wall.small/cramped room
