Positives: Staff is okay.
Negatives: The pillows have a spiky things inside it that irritates you. No microwave or refrigerator on the room.. We stayed for 3 nights and not even once did they clean the room.

Positives: Location and price were stellar! Right by The Magnificent Mile and at a solid price, a good stay on that accord.
Negatives: I did not receive housekeeping for the entire stay, yet requested it twice. I felt I wasn’t being understood or listened to by the staff. I also had to wait 3-7 minutes each shower for hot water. I notified the front desk and housekeeping twice regarding it. This is unacceptable standards for any hotel, much less a hotel in a downtown metro hub. I deserve a partial refund for my troubles.

Positives: Love the location and staff at this hotel and have stayed here many times but it has been awhile since my last stay as my daughter now lives in Chicago. This property is badly in need of a "refresh". This staff nicely offered us an upgrade to a Jr. Suite which we appreciated but the room's furnishings were SOO tired/old. Also had trouble with the heat which they tried to adjust. It was either to hot or cold. We did switch rooms and furnishings were a "bit" better but still had trouble keeping it warm (December). Upside is the beds are very comfortable and staff goes out of way to help!
