Positives: Staff upon arrival was a night mare worst service I’ve ever had. Lobby is very small they photos of this facility are deceiving. Rooms are tiny and not upkept for this hotel to have the price or ratings it has.

Positives: The location is excellent for walking to Michigan Ave. and the lakefront. The Metra stop is a longer walk, but not bad. We had a double room, #614, with lake views and windows on two sides. It made for a great stay for me and my daughter.

Negatives: Morning coffee in the lobby would be nice.
