Positives:
The location is excellent for walking to Michigan Ave. and the lakefront. The Metra stop is a longer walk, but not bad. We had a double room, #614, with lake views and windows on two sides. It made for a great stay for me and my daughter.

I love the view and the big windows on half the room. The bathtub was great
Negatives:
The room looked bigger online even in suite room. The water head in shower was so gross I didn’t want to shower. The front desk when we arrived was slow and the guy wasn’t very friendly. I just drove to Chicago with my family and my son is a toddler we waited to check in for some time and it was late. The vallet man was a nice guy. Super friendly and nice!
