Great location, clean room.
Negatives:
Staff weren’t consistent, I requested to move rooms to a higher floor (same room type) for hope of a better view. I was told I could move the following morning and speak with staff then. When I approached staff the next morning they told me they were fully booked and unable to move me. There was not much attempt to offer another option nor were they very apologetic. It was disappointing to be told something and for other staff not to follow through with it.

We paid in full in advance. But when i showed up they announced there was a $29 daily facilities fee. But I didnt use it. They also charged $100/night security deposit— adding $500 to my card. I was not aware of any of this in advance.
