The staff was so nice!...
Positives:
Room was large, very well layed out and also well equipped. Loved the separate door between the "bedroom" and bathroom area. Made it extra quiet as no noise from hallway comes through.

The elevator line on the weekend was bad at night because there were a ton of non hotel guests to the rooftop bar. They should be prioritizing hotel guests.

I literally waited 40 minutes queuing to check in
And it wasn’t even a long queue, the two receptionist were just extremely slow
At 500/night (for the cheapest room, bigger ones are much more) it is not okay to make guests wait 40 minutes in a queue to check in
Train your staff and hire more staff
The reception staff was also rude
Kettle in the room but “they’re out of tea bags” like what? Never heard anything like this
No slippers in the room
Housekeeping walked in for no reason and without knocking while I was in the room
Bins weren’t emptied during daily cleaning
Between the train, the extremely loud fridge and the thin walls (you literally hear when the guests in the room next to you are using the bathroom), I hardly got any sleep
The rooftop (reason why I booked this hotel) had “events” with super loud music on all the 3 days I was at the hotel; I love to go out and a little party, but the music volume was unbearable not to mention the questionable crowd (that then spread out throughout the hotel even if these people weren’t staying there), weed smell everywhere
I was supposed to get a complementary drink card with my booking, that the reception staff never acknowledged, I had to go back downstairs after having doublechecked the booking confirmation, and queue again just to get this
The staff at Miss Ricky’s is totally hopeless
In conclusion, this wouldn’t be a bad hotel choice if it was rated 3 stars and priced accordingly
However, for the steep prices they charge, they fail to deliver
