It’s in an amazing location. We were close to attractions and good restaurants. It was modern and beautiful. Everyone that worked there was fantastic.
Negatives:
It was difficult that they charged $15 a day for the wifi. I had some international travelers in the group that did end up paying that. I did not and my cell services was really bad in the room so it was difficult to use the internet.

Location was perfect, the view was great. Love that you can overlook Navy Pier and a perfect view of the fireworks. The hotel room was a neat set up and comfortable. Lobby was cozy yet entertaining.
Negatives:
the number of spiders on the balcony at night, an extreme amount. Huge wasp nest in the front of the hotel, i'm allergic so I couldn't enjoy the outside patio comfortably.
