Location was great. We are given an early check in as we arrived on an early flight.

Positives:
The architecture of the hotel, the high ceilings, the staff, the multiple elevators, free water, the bed was so comfortable. The location was fantastic. Room was spacious!
Negatives:
The water on the 24th floor takes a very long time to get hot! No wheelchair accessible doors for entrance. My refrigerator was broken and not cold. Bathroom was very small.

Housekeeper was amazing and full of great service!
Negatives:
The room was dusty. The bedside lamps, the room phone was dusty. But my housekeeping was amazing! Check ..there were 60 people in line waiting to check in Thurs. Room could have been dusted. No mini fridge ... ai had to throw away alot of food.which was extremely dissapointing. That alone I cannot stay again.
