They took a $240 deposit on check in and told me they are simply holding the amount when they actually DEDUCTED it immediately from my credit card. On check out they refused to give me an invoice for this deduction and it still has not been refunded to me despite sending them messages.
One day I came back and room was left open by housekeeping after they cleaned it. Told reception who were diffident to my complaint

There was no bar soap at the sink to wash hand with. Everytime you wanted to wash your hands you had to step into the shower (several steps from the sink) and get a pump of the liquid body wash that is attached to the wall.
