The deposit is stuck. I called the hotel several times. I got my money back after opening a case with the bank. Manager Anna is not friendly to us.

The bed was comfortable, and the proximity to St. Louis made Collinsville an idea town to stay in.
Negatives:
No hypoallergenic pillows were available for those with allergies to feather pillows, and there was mold on the ceiling of the shower and all throughout the bathroom. Absolutely not worth the price I paid for the room.

Our room was in a great location and on the first floor. I was traveling alone with my children and I was right by the back door (not a lot of traffic), right by the pool and by breakfast. Perfect room for a Mom with kids. Thank you for putting me in a room that was a perfect location.

Getting the water temperature in the tub sucked. Was either cold or super hot. I think the whole faucet needs to be replaced. And I woke up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom and there were a bunch of ants on the bathroom floor. That was weird.

BREAKFAST was OUTSTANDING best ever. Clean room other than the ac. Large TV, lots of pillows. We will be back.
Negatives:
Not a lot of tv stations, low water pressure in shower. AC was loud, missing a filter in ac and the other one was busted up. Could see the dirt on the ac. Not a lot of water pressure in shower.
