The facilities and the room were comfortable. The room was spacious. The bed was comfy. The ac and TV worked well. There was a sofa and coffee table area in the room. It also had a big office desk and chair. The fridge and microwave worked well. There was an indoor pool that was tidy and working. Breakfast was adequate. Staff was friendly. I felt safe in the room because the locks and chain were in working order. There were several resturants in the area. I will stay here again on future visits to the area.
Negatives:
Housekeeping needs to step it up a notch. The room was relatively clean, but there were a few things needing more attention. There were a few long hairs on the tub wall. The desk and fridge top needed to be wiped down. There was a spot on the comforter that looked recent. I am not sure what it was...but the comforter should have been swapped out with a clean one. I know these are things that might easily be missed if someone is in a hurry. But for the most part the room was adequately clean. Whoever attends the breakfast area needs to check on it more often to make sure it stays stocked. I know part of that is my fault for waiting until 9am, but the waffle batter ran out, there was just a few muffins left ....just a few examples. I made due with oatmeal and my husband liked the biscuits and gravy well enough. So go earlier to breakfast if you want more options.

The bedding was very clean and white. They accepted dogs.
Negatives:
The pillows, bathroom, sink, fridge was iced over and froze our drinks and sandwiches, very small table, hallway smells of sweat and mildew, elevator squeaked and was so slow it scared my children and I. No ramp in-between cars to roll suit cases, wagon, or wheel chair if needed.

The front desk staff was helpful and pleasant. It was inexpensive, and the bedding was clean. We were overly tired from driving, so that was all we needed. There was a fantastic barbecue restaurant in walking distance. For our needs, and the cost, it was fine. There was an indoor pool, but because of severe weather conditions, it was closed.
Negatives:
The room was dated, and the couch and coffee table were in need of replacement. The water pressure was low as well.

Hotel was sold out & both mornings they were out of breakfast food and would not provide/make more. Had to go out for breakfast both days.? very disappointed in lack of preparation for a sold out hotel with a big event in the area.

Positives:
Our game was in a rain delay, so we were gonna have a very late check-in. The hotel reached out thru a message, and we were able to relay back to them it was going to be late upon our arrival. They were very helpful when we got there! I was surprised when we went into the room because of how spacious it was. The next morning, they were very helpful in the dining area. They kept things stocked and full for all the guest. They even overheard my grandma and I talking about hot tea, and the gentleman working helped us out and showed her where to get her some tea! Will definitely stay there again if we are in the area! Thank you!!
