The staff member at check in was excellent and very friendly when we arrived later in the evening. The room was large, the beds were comfortable, breakfast was decent and the price was great!

Great value for a nice hotel located within 20 minutes of downtown St. Louis.
Negatives:
The hotel is dated and dirty, especially the elevators, hallways and our shower. Staff was rude/indifferent. Although smoking is banned we could smell cigarette smoke in the lobby and elevator. Staff didnt have coffee service available until after 8:30am on a Sunday. Food was unappetizing/questionable. We will not stay here again.

Stayed last time we were in town so decided to stay again because we already knew what it was like.
Negatives:
Wi-Fi barely worked. TV was hard to figure out. Bathroom sink could have more water pressure. Saturday night there was a family/families with multiple kids that decided to run up and down the hallway being loud at 10:30 at night.

Elevator alarm would go off. Elevator wouldnt come when button pushed. Had to have key cards recut 4 different times in a 3 day visit. They kept saying we must have put next to phone. We did not phone in pants pocket the whole time, key in purse.
