Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Dirty floors, greasy kitchen, dirty bathroom counter. Kitchen not stocked with any kitchen dishes, pans, glasses - nothing!
Bed mattress broken down - so very uncomfortable,
blanket on bed very old and worn. No breakfast service available as advertised!!!Very expensive for the really awful experience.

Kitchen and the spacious size of the room. Location was just perfect close to the city and to family. The bed was super comfy. AC was cold enough.
Negatives:
The smell. There was this weird smell when you go in the room. Also, even though the room was equipped with a kitchen there was no utensils, cooking pot or pans, plates. They had a placard for optional things but you have to go and ask for them. Pls don't advertise breakfast included if your only serving muffins and breakfast bars and coffee. Those are snacks and I booked this specific hotel since it was advertised with breakfast.
The water pressure in the shower was meh and the shower had hair on the drain. Not sure if it was cleaned prior to us occupying it.

When we got home, I was unpacking my bag and a cockroach ran out. Shows as pet friendly but no pricing on pets. I had 2 poodles and cost $27.50 per dog per night which is the most I have paid on our travels at this level hotel. The kitchen faucet leaked out the back and all over the counter getting my books wet before we noticed.
