Cancellation Policy

Good news! Before Friday, Jun 28th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. After Friday, Jun 28th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Jun 28, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Cancellation is free any time before check-in time. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given (Property policy).

Photo Policy

The reservation holder must present a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in.
