Positives: I was able to get room I asked for
Negatives: The time it takes to check 20 min when already had reservation no comfortable furniture for people of disability to help get up an out of..I can't stand more then a min had 5o sit on arm of couch..she didn't like but I didn't care..

Negatives: The room was not clean. The bed was unmade, refrigerator didn't work, blood on a wall, blood on a hand towel laying under the vanity, arm chair was filthy dirty.

Negatives: Took me 20mins check in then had got accused of being with another family that walked in right after me. Got to my room had no towels. Not working phone in room to even call lobby desk . Towels got delivered to wrong room. No vending machine.

Negatives: They would only give you 1 set of towels and wash rags. They would come into your room every day regardless of having the do not disturb sign on the door, not to clean but to turn the air off. And the staff was very rude!

Positives: Absolutely nothing. Staff was rude, room was dirty, bathtub did not drain. Hole in door and carpet was dirty, stained and bunched up.
Negatives: Let me start...... First off, I chose the "pay at location" option through Booking.com. I use Booking.com A LOT and this is the first time this has happened. Not only did they charge me before hand, they charged me 2 days before check in. When I called and asked them why they would not apologize or own their mistake, they just blamed Booking which is a bunch of HORSE SH!T. Secondly, since they charged me early I asked them if I could check in early since this was a error on their part. They said NO and charged me $50. Thirdly, I work nights and sleep during the day, they woke me up while I slept to fix the hole someone else made, question, why wasn't it fixed before you gave me that room or why not wait till I checked out? Fourthly, EVERYTIME, I took a shower I had to stand in 3 inches of water because the drain was not draining properly. Fifthly, the carpet was dirty and all bunched up. Sixthly, the internet was spotty and full of ads. All in all, I would say do not stay here. The owners of this Baymont DO NOT CARE about your stay, they just want your money, that is it. They blame everyone but themselves. I can tell you I will never stay here again and I will be back in the area along with the rest of my buddies every single year and you bet I will be telling them all to avoid this dung pile of a hotel. Do yourself a favor and go across the parking lot to the Ramad@. They are leaps and bounds above these turds. They went out of their way for me when they didn't have to. Me and my fellow co-workers will just go across the parking lot.
