Negatives: I don't like bookings customer service. I do not like Red Roof inn this was not a Super 8. I don't like that you guys advertise they have breakfast and they didn't serve breakfast. I will never use booking again. Very confused when my reservation said it was Super 8 and I got there and the only hotel that was there was a Red Roof inn. These are not even owned by the same people so I'm not sure how everything's under Super 8 but it's a Red Roof. I dislike Red Roof inn I would have never made this reservation

Positives: It is pretty much what you would expect from chain lodging. The beds are comfortable, and the room is clean. The front staff is pleasant and helpful. There are a few restaurants in the area, although if you are walking, there is a large street to cross to get to a couple of them. It isn't impossible, just a bigger street.

Negatives: It is a bit dark and dated, but they do seem to try to keep it as fresh as possible. It is a bit pricier than you would typically expect to pay for such a room, but not considering the location.
