The negative outcome for this visit was the non response to the front desk when trying to obtain a shuttle from ohare airport to the avid hotels. Tried for 30 mins straight before anyone would answer which is excessive when all your needing is to confirm the room and get shuttle ride. No real explanation was given why no one was answering the phones on Thursday 6/13 @ approx 5pm cst. We’ve eventually got the shuttle ride to pick us up but the extended delays with no communication to anyone at reception is a bit disappointing.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel if you need a hotel close to O'Hare airport.
Negatives:
Location is a little tricky to get to. Due to the corner it is located on, you have to do a U-turn to get into the parking lot. The breakfast area was very clean and had a good selection, just not a lot of hot items.
