I liked the friendly and professional staff. Mr. Robert was very helpful in making sure I signed up and made it to the airport shuttle on time. The breakfast was nice and facilities were comfortable as well.

The wifi was excellent, food and drink offerings were more than adequate, 24/7 coffee in the lobby is terrific, space to gather in the dining area was a real plus. TV reception was excellent. Strong AC, and the beds were comfy enough. The on-site staff was outstanding, hard working and courteous.
Negatives:
We had to wait half an hour past the promised time for our ride from the airport to the hotel. That particular driver was neither friendly nor helpful. He did not take care of our luggage well. It was rolling all over the back of the van. Also, although there are a lot of restaurant choices nearby, there are no pedestrian crosswalks. If you try to walk anywhere, you take your life in your hands.

close to the airport, clean room and close to area for getting something to eat or shop (target, ross). walking distance to steakhouse, Culver's, Chili's
Negatives:
the shuttle service schedule needs improvement. The driver was awesome but the schedule is somewhat limited. if you arrive after noon and before the 4 PM , there is no shuttle to get you to the hotel. Not sure why that is. Would be nice to have options or partner with other hotels in the are for service.
