Brand new. Very clean. Excellent front desk staff. I arrived late at night and needed to call the front desk several times around midnight for instructions. And the next morning at six AM I am calling again to ask for a late checkout before my phone meetings began. Every interaction was pleasant, quick and accurate.

Shuttle to ORD doesn’t run at odd hours, which is normal for hotels in this area.

transfer only during very limited hours is a joke. We arrived at 10pm - there was no transfer anymore. ( too late ). We flew out at 3pm - there was no transfer anymore ( lunch break I think ).

Breakfast was fine - decent grab and go type options, with pretty good breakfast sandwiches on one day. We loved the 24/7 coffee and tea (or cold water to fill up your water bottle) station in the lobby!
Negatives:
Biggest negative isn't really about the hotel, but location wise the hotel was very very close to our concert venue (why we booked) and lots of dining options......but everything was on the other side of a major road with no cross walk.
