After Friday, Jul 5th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Jul 5, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Negatives: although close to the airport, there wasn’t a shuttle or an easy way to use public transportation to get there. an uber cost $40 to get there from the airport which is wild. and then another $70 to get into chicago the next day. Staff was rude. no extra pillows or blankets.
