Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

It was very noisy. So much that I couldn't sleep. The walls must be very thin because I could hear people in the rooms next to and above mine. They might as well have been in the room with me. There were also kids running the hallway and banging on multiple doors.

Convenient, but don't expect quiet.
Positives:
The location to the Allstate Arena is incredible, saves so much money on parking. But what really makes this hotel shine is the staff. We’d had a horrible day before arriving, not sure we’d make it to our event, but they got us through Check in fast and cheered us on to our concert. They were truly lovely and they are jewel of the hotel.

the staff was very pleasant. Even helped me out with some wifi in the lobby after i checked out and needed to use my laptop before my uber showed up.
Negatives:
There is another Extended Stay literally right behind this one and it was very odd and confusing for me and my uber driver who dropped me off at the wrong hotel. Everything was kinda janky and run down. The room air conditioner was sketchy at best and everything seemed super old. Pay close attention if any events are happening at the arena next door as the hotels gets busy and the people who come for concerts like to be loud and party.
