Front desk couldn’t find me as a diamond member even after giving her my diamond card..same thing in the morning..couldn’t find me with the card in hand..really..asked for my recipe at check out and she said wld email which I never got..bad experience all around

Open the door went into the room and right there was a couch that I had to move back to the position that should have been on top of that there was a goldfish cracker sitting there. My granddaughter took a shower and there was a clump of hair in the back of the shower and on the floor

Hot water for showers. Privacy between sofa bed and bedrooms. Pool.

Only a bottom sheet on sofa bed, nothing else. Two bath towels for three people. Fitness room: too warm and no towels. Hot tub: water was cold, jets didn't work. Breakfast was disappointing, coffee very bland.

The card system was messed up. I was given a room in last building, but key card would not open door. So I always had to drive around to front entrance and walk all way through.
Alsoleft my pajama bottoms in room, when I called at end of day, when I discovered they were not in my suitcase , I called. They said they did not find them? guessing the maid has a new pair now.
