Looked under the sheet bedding and while no bed bugs there were some questionable other stains and possibly bed bug remains
The breakfast was not a Hilton quality. Couldn't find napkins on buffet nor glasses near the juice. The milk for cereal was warm and skim, horrible. The breakfast selection was 2 star hotel at best

Breakfast was very good (for American standards). Very clean rooms.
The hotel ist located conveniently at an interstate exit, but our room was nevertheless pretty quiet. I liked the two separated rooms with comfortable beds. Our room had a stove, microwave oven, refrigerator and dish washer included.

Excellent hotel at a convenient...
Positives:
Visited family in Downers Grove. Location was perfect.
Two elevators so wait times were minimal.
Negatives:
Cabinet front panel held on by only one screw.
Lamp shade had water damage, not a good first impression of the room. Drapes didn’t close properly, The left panel was loose at the top attachment point. One stool had loose foot bars which I reported as a safety concern.

The staff was amazing. If it wasn't for the friendliness and helpfulness of the front desk worker, this would have been a lower score review.
Breakfast was actually fairly good.
Negatives:
Three things:
1) the price for the "fees apply" for bringing a pet was $50 for one night.
2) the pool pictured is indoor/outdoor but it was only indoor which made it very crowded. Yes, hidden in the hotel description it says "indoor pool" but the photo is clearly indoor/outdoor.
3) the room was not what was pictured. Instead of a suite with french doors separating the bedroom from the sitting area, we were given a very long room with no table or chairs where we could sit and work on our laptops. The TV was on the far wall, very far from the bed, so it made it difficult to watch. (See our photos and compare them to the ones listed on Booking for the King Suite we booked)
In short, if what was pictured on booking was more accurate, we would have chosen a different hotel.
