Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

Positives:
The location was convenient to where we needed to be.
Negatives:
Upon my arrival, the first thing I saw was a police car investigating an incident. When I entered into the facility there were some unique odors in the whole building.
The front desk staff were friendly and helpful with any needs as far as additional towels or supplies for our room. However this is a much older hotel, or so it seems, that needs a massive makeover.

Positives:
When I arrived, there were people standing all around in the parking lot smoking. The glass front door was filthy! The lobby was bare and smoky smelling. I asked the guy at the desk if I could cancel and get a refund and he PROMISED me that I could and that he would authorize a refund. (Which he has not done)! There were piles of construction materials stacked by the front door. I simply could not stay there.

Negatives:
1. Breakfast was misleading. It was only muffins and coffee. I expected fruits, bread, and eggs since they were mentioned as breakfast included. It should be mentioned clearly as 'coffee and muffins' and not 'breakfast'.
2. No daily room service. This is not an Airbnb to not have room service.
3. No trash bin is provided in the room. I was told to throw the trash outside during my stay
