The hotel was not a Super * it was called Super INN.. I called Sunday AM and told the representative that the hotel in the location given was not a super 8. I called and requested a refund. I was supposed to be emailed no Email.

Breakfast was good except it was dirty but my husband and I cleaned it while the lady that worked there sat on her phone

Rooms wernt clean lobby wasn't clean staff was rude I got online and applied to run the place I could turn it around!

Positives:
There's a house keeper that was very nice to me the Sunday I checked in. She was able to get me a clean pillow and helped me check out the room before I checked in to make sure it was an okay room to stay in.
Negatives:
After looking at the room in more detail I truly saw how filthy the room really was, a light bulb was burnt out and the reception said that they would try to get me another light bulb before my stay was over, but that never happened. Also the room was not cleaned once or supplied with any towels during my stay, I had to go down to the reception desk and ask every time I needed a towel to shower.

There could have been just a bit better upkeep of the facilities -- like by the back entrance & with the cosmetics of the room. Breakfast wasn't quite as good as some Super 8s.
Positives:
I just had coffee in the morning. In the past I have had the do-it-yourself waffles and they are really yummy! Megan at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming and had sparkly eye shadow!

The fridge was pretty loud, so I unplugged it while I slept and plugged it back in the next morning.
